Mission Statement
Zaib un Nisa is a global educational network that wishes to serve all humankind by helping young adults realize their dreams of becoming successful and responsible members of society. We will provide a facility for them to gain knowledge and experience through interaction and mentorship from successful people. Free tutoring will also be provided to middle and high school students to improve their learning skills. Zaib un Nisa will assist communities through building a positive and ethical foundation for the students to mature with. All the projects that Zaibunnisa carries out will be planned and coordinated with the country of donation and the host country's government or officials.
Operational Goals And Objectives
1. Promote collaboration and cooperation amongst all organizations that share the same vision.
2. Build consensus on issues of common interests (Shura) to have a healthy operational environment.
3. Improve leadership, communication and management skills in the organization.
4. Standardize best educational practices to optimize processes and share available resources.
5. Strenghten communities through education, empowerment and mobilization of our mission.
